As our name implies, coming clean can mean so many different things. Literally, it can mean what happens when we enjoy a spirited libation: we are less inhibited, we confess our deepest secrets, The fun of utter honesty, and the liberal feeling of letting it all go. But it also can mean committing to being "clean." At Confess Mezcal, we challenge the definition of what it means to be sustainable, to go beyond reuse, recycled bottles, and labels to consider the land, the process, and the people that make our product possible. We dare ourselves and our customers to face the hard truths to redefine what sustainable libation can be and intend to make a fantastic mezcal while we're at it.
